2016 Halloween Party decorations for the Obamas and Military families were designed and set up by Howard Jones and the School of the Arts. 15 students were chosen to help set up and be puppeteers at the event and I was blessed to be one of them.

Fall 2016 I was paint charge for Arthur Miller's After The Fall directed by Carl Foresman and designed by Bland Wade. It consisted of a textured floor, frame, and a 16' x 24' translucency that allowed a silhouette of a guard tower to be shown when lit from the back. For my texture I used brown paper that was pre-painted and then wallpaper pasted to the walls and floor in space where they were then ripped and peeled.

Directed by Matthew Bullock and designed by Reilly Miller, I worked under scenic charge Chelsea Norman as we used multiple techniques to create realistic waves inspired by a photoshop rendering.

Assistant paint charge under Betsy Weich for Cecil Taylor's Good, designed by Chelsea Bednar. We attached muslin-covered carpet padding for "scabs" on 16' x 30' drop and punctured holes to "sew" in stitches. Circle scab in center is a translucency and a secret entrance is on stage left.

Applied a textured wood grain to both wood and aluminum masts.

Andrew Licout's design of August Wilson's Joe Turner's Come and Gone not only involved over 2,000 individual Homasote bricks, but also muslin wall treatments that were first painted and then stretched on stock flats, and a yard that featured texture on top of carpet to resemble dirt, and grass that was painted, cut, and attached to "dirt.”
